PURPOSE: A lithium ion capacitor is provided to increase the capacity of lithium by increasing the number of cations generated per 1 mole of lithium salts, thereby maintaining stable performance at high temperature.;CONSTITUTION: A lithium ion is formed into an electrode material in a first electrode(10). A first conductive sheet(11) transfers an electric signal to a first electrode material(12). A second electrode(20) is arranged by facing the first electrode. A second conductive sheet(21) transfers an electric signal to a second electrode material(22). A separation film(30) is arranged between the first and second electrodes.
