PURPOSE: VOC(Volatile Organic Compounds)s treatment method and facility are provided to treat VOCs stably and effectively by a direct burning mode without a processing facility or an additional energy source.;CONSTITUTION: A VOC(Volatile Organic Compounds)s treatment facility comprises a demister(201), a fan, gas sensors(101,102), a heater(203), a flame arrestor(103), and a shut-off valve(104). The demister separates and collects moisture and mist from VOC gas. The fan sucks and moves VOC. For LEL(Lowest Explosive Limit) to be maintained, the gas sensors measure the concentration of the VOC sucked and control the amount of external air. The heater keeps the temperature of the sucked VOC constant and prevents the VOC from having a temperature lower than a boiling point.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
