PURPOSE: A pontoon structure for improvement of rolling resistance and a floating structure system employing the same are provided to reduce the impacts of wave applied to a pontoon through a bidirectional wave passage formed on the sides of a pontoon-type floating structure by employing a truncated pyramid structure.;CONSTITUTION: A pontoon structure(20) of a floating structure comprises upper and lower bodies that have a truncated pyramid shape. When a pontoon is connected, an open space for passage of wave is formed through the sides of the bodies.
