The present invention relates to a dye-sensitized solar cell comprising ruthenium complex , and which , more particularly relates to a dye-sensitized solar cells comprising the novel ruthenium complex and a dye which has a new structure . Ruthenium complex and a dye -sensitized solar cell including the same of the present invention is to increase conjugation of the inner (conjugation) of a compound to increase the structural stability , can be efficiently introduced into the dye as a dye-sensitized solar cell by increasing the electron recombination rate it is . When using a ruthenium complex of the present invention for producing a photoelectric device , there is a potential advantage of producing a photoelectric device with high efficiency . ;
