PURPOSE: A metal-clad-laminated board is provided to improve adhesion of a prepreg containing thermosetting components like a cyanate resin, etc, and a metal layer like plated copper, etc.;CONSTITUTION: A metal-clad-laminated board comprises prepreg(11), a metal thin film(13), and a primer resin layer(12). The prepreg is formed by impregnating a resin composition to textile material(14) at least one layer or more. The resin composition contains thermosetting components and inorganic filler as essential ingredients. The metal thin film is laminated on one surface of the prepreg. The primer resin layer is thinner than the thickness of the prepreg layer. The primer resin layer is inserted between the prepreg and the metal thin film, and attaches the prepreg and the metal film.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
