PURPOSE: A mechatronics cylinder apparatus with integrated a valve is provided to realize optimal flow rate and response by maintaining minimum energy consumption and facilitate control with on/off control of a high speed electric valve.;CONSTITUTION: A mechatronics cylinder apparatus with integrated a valve(100) comprises a cylinder, a high speed ON/OFF valve, a valve operating unit, and a controller. The cylinder receives fluid from the valve to control position for rotating or moving forth and back. The high speed ON/OFF valve controls ON/OFF with low power(within 1W) by controlling pulse width modulation(PWM). The valve operating unit operates the valve so that the valve turns on and off at high speed. The controller controls overall operation of the mechatronics cylinder apparatus with integrated a valve.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
