摘要

PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a fuel battery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to apply air suction method which can minimize surface and internal damages, thereby improving quality of the fuel battery. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a fuel battery comprises a jig part which fixes position of a membrane electrode assembly located between upper and lower substrates(111) of a hot press, a membrane electrode assembly adsorbing part(117) which is formed to arrange and fix the membrane electrode assembly on a lamination, a gas diffusion layer absorbing body(114) which is formed to arrange and fix a pair of gas diffusion layers on the lamination, and a transfer part which is formed to transfer the membrane electrode assembly and a pair of gas diffusion layers to lamination located between upper and lower substrates of the hot press.
