PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the damage of an organic light emitting display device due to plasma by forming an organic film with an HATCN(Hexaaza Triphenylene Hexanitrile) material on an organic light emitting display device.;CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting display device(210) is formed on a substrate(200). The organic light emitting display device comprises a first electrode(210a) and a second electrode(210c) which are faced and an organic light emitting layer(210b). The organic light emitting layer is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. An organic film(240) consisting of a HATCN(Hexaaza Triphenylene Hexanitrile) material is formed on the organic light emitting display device.
