摘要

PURPOSE: A multichip white LED device is provided to simplify a drive circuit by minimizing deviations in temperature and current properties of each chip.;CONSTITUTION: A fluorescent substance is located on the upper part of a blue light source. The fluorescent substance emits light in a wavelength range of 500nm to 700nm by absorbing blue light emitted from the blue light source. The fluorescent substance is a yellow, amber, green, or red fluorescent substance. A long wavelength transmission filter is located on the upper part of the fluorescent substance.
