PURPOSE: A micro-fluid apparatus and a sample inspecting apparatus using the same are provided to reduce the size of the micro-fluid apparatus based on centrifugal force and to reducing cross pollution in a plurality of reacting chambers.;CONSTITUTION: A micro-fluid apparatus includes a reacting chamber(81), a distributing channel(60), an inlet channel(70), and a delaying structure(90). A reagent is capable of reacting with a sample and is arranged in the reacting chamber. The distributing channel supplies the sample into the reacting chamber. The inlet channel connects the reacting chamber and the distributing channel. The transference of materials from the reacting chamber to the distributing chamber is delayed by arranging the delaying structure between the reacting chamber and the distributing channel.
