PURPOSE: An alumina dehumidifying rotor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to absorb moisture into pores based on capillary force and to save costs required for manufacturing a dehumidifying rotor. CONSTITUTION: Aluminum hydroxide is coated on inorganic paper(S110). The coated inorganic paper is polarizably shaped and wound to form a honey-comb structure(S120). The honey-comb structure is coated with a binder(S130). Alumina is formed from aluminum hydroxide through thermal treatment(S1140). After the thermal treatment, inorganic binder is coated to the honey-comb structure. The coating liquid of the coating process includes aluminum hydroxide powder, binder, and a solvent. The average diameter of the aluminum hydroxide powder is between 0.5 and 1.5um.
