PURPOSE: A recycling method of fly ash which contains large amount of CaO is provided to manufacture aggregate with nonmagnetic fly ash or manufacture light weight aggregate with magnetic fly ash by magnetic separating the fly ash. CONSTITUTION: A recycling method of fly ash which contains large amount of CaO comprises the following steps: separating magnetic fly ash from nonmagnetic fly ash using magnetic cobbing; manufacturing aggregate by mixing the separated nonmagnetic fly ash with cement; mixing the separated magnetic fly ash which is obtained from fluid layer boiler with bottom ash in order to manufacture light weight aggregate. The step for manufacturing aggregate comprises the following steps: mixing 5-25 parts by weight of cement based on 100.0 parts by weight of non-magnetic fly ash; molding the mixture; drying the molded product at 30-50deg.C. The step for manufacturing light weight aggregate comprises the following steps: mixing 10-90 parts by weight of bottom ash based on the magnetic fly ash; molding the mixture; drying the molded product at 100-200deg.C; sintering the dried molding product at 1000-1200deg.C.
