METHANE HYDRATE WHICH USES ZEOLITE AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF CAPABLE OF REDUCING GENERATION TIME OF HYDRATE

PURPOSE: A methane hydrate which uses zeolite and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase gas packing factor.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of methane hydrate which uses zeolite comprises the following steps: manufacturing zeolite-mixed fluids by dispersing zeolite into water; injecting methane gas into the zeolite-mixed fluids; and generating hydrate by reacting the zeolite-mixed fluids with methane gas. The zeolite is one which is selected from 4A, 5A and 13X. A particle size of the zeolite is 1-10 micron and pore diameter is 3-10. The zeolite-mixed fluid is manufactured by mixing 0.007-0.012 weight% of zeolite with water and dispersing the mixture.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
