PURPOSE: A biosensor for detecting domoic acid and a detection method using the same are provided to early and accurately detect toxin.;CONSTITUTION: A biosensor for detecting phytoplankton-derived domoic acid contains anti-DA serum isolated from a mouse which is immunized by a conjugated of domoic acid(DA) and protein. The protein is ovalbumin(OVA) or borine serum albumin(BSA). A method for detecting DA comprises: a step of preparing the conjugate of DA and protein; a step of immunizing the conjugate by injecting into a mouse to prepare anti-DA serum; and a step of performing antigen-antibody reaction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
