PURPOSE: A thermal spray coated waste transfer pipe and a coating method thereof are provided to improve the corrosion resistance of a transfer pipe by spraying tungsten powder to form a thermal spray coating layer with a high wear resistance onto the inner surface of the pipe.;CONSTITUTION: A method for coating a thermal spray coated waste transfer pipe(10) comprises the steps of: washing the interior of a transfer pipe and preheating to 30-80°C, forming tungsten powder with 100-1000nm to coat the inner surface of the transfer pipe, increasing the adhesion strength of the tungsten powder to the transfer pipe, forming a thermal spray coating layer of 100-1500 micron meters by spraying molten tungsten powder onto the inner surface of the transfer pipe at 600-1000m/s through plasma spraying using inert gas in order to reduce the porosity of the thermal spray coating layer, and sintering the thermal spray coating layer and finishing the surface of the thermal spray coating layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
