PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a perfluoropolyether alcohol is provided to simplify reaction processes by using an ion exchange resin in which borohydride ion is dipped, thereby improving the stability of processability and improve the production rate of perfluoropolyether alcohol.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of perfluoropolyether alcohol comprises a step of manufacturing perfluoropolyether alcohol in chemical formula 1: CF3CF2CF2O(CF(CF3)CF2O)nCF(CF3)CH2OH by reduction-reacting perfluoropolyether compound into an anion exchange resin in which borohydride(BH4-) is dipped under the presence of one or more kinds of organic solvent.
