摘要

PURPOSE: A lamination structure and a light emitting device adopting the same are provided to form light transmittance rate which is higher than meta-material formed into metal by using graphene in which the light transmittance rate is excellent than the metal.;CONSTITUTION: A lamination structure is located on a luminous unit. The lamination structure comprises grapheme and one or more dielectric layers(40). A plurality of holes(60) which are periodically arranged is formed on the lamination structure. The lamination structure has a negative refractive index. A fluorescent material layer is formed between the luminous unit and the lamination structure. A first electrode is formed on a first conductive semiconductor layer by being separated from an active layer and a second conductive semiconductor layer.
