PURPOSE: An intensity correction method of an optical scanner and an optical scanner using the same are provided to secure the reliability of the information obtained from the optical scanner because a ratio of an intensity of the light detected from a bright area and intensity of the light detected from a dark area is constantly maintained according to the exposure time.;CONSTITUTION: An intensity correction method of an optical scanner is as follows. Light reflected from a sample is detected. An intensity(I) of the detected light is measured according to an exposure time(t). A relational expression between the exposure time and intensity is calculated. Background noise is eliminated so that a real intensity of the optical scanner is calculated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
