PURPOSE: An oil receiver for a smoke exhaust pipe and a smoke exhauster having the same is provided to easily mount an oil receiver in a cover and separate an oil receiver from the cover by using a permanent magnet.;CONSTITUTION: An oil receiver for a smoke exhaust pipe comprises a cover(10), a setting unit(12), a receiving member(20), and a permanent magnet(22). The cover is joined to the lower part of a smoke intake pipe to be separated and comprises an intake hole. The setting unit is formed in the cover. The receiving member is arranged in the inner part of the smoke intake pipe and connected to the setting unit to be separated. The receiving member receives dropping oil from the smoke intake pipe. The permanent magnet is arranged between the cover and receiving member, and separates the receiving member from the cover. The permanent magnet is mounted in one of between the cover and receiving member by a bolt.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
