PURPOSE: A water pump for a vehicle is provided to reduce the manufacturing costs because a separate drain chamber to collect leaked cooling water through a drain hole is not necessary.;CONSTITUTION: A water pump(100) for a vehicle comprises a pump body(10), a pulley(30), an impeller(50). The pulley is installed in one side of the pump body to be rotated. An impeller is installed in the other side of the pump body to be rotated. The pump body comprises a drain hole(91) and a guiding member(95). The drain hole discharges the steam generated in the impeller side.
