PURPOSE: An organic solar cell is provided to improve light conversion efficiency using an electron transport layer which is made of ZnO nano crystals with high electron mobility and an ionic electron injection layer which includes ZnO nano particles.;CONSTITUTION: A hole-transport layer(120) is formed on an anode(110). A photoactive layer(130) is arranged on the hole-transport layer. An electron-transport layer(140) includes ZnO nano particles.
