PURPOSE: A humidification apparatus for preventing water leak is provided to prevent air from flowing into a water supply valve coupled with a contact protrusion when a water tank is inclined.;CONSTITUTION: A humidification apparatus for preventing water leak comprises a housing and a water tank(130). A water pail with a water supply valve is installed in the housing. The water tank comprises a water pail coupling part, a receiving part, a contact protrusion(132), and a cutoff part(135). The water pail is settled in the water pail coupling part. The receiving part is communicated with the water pail coupling part and accommodates water. The contact protrusion is formed in the water pail coupling part to contact with the water supply valve. The cutoff part is formed in the water pail coupling part to cover the contact protrusion, thereby forming a cutoff space. When the water pail and the water tank are inclined, the cutoff part prevents air from flowing into the water supply valve.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
