PURPOSE: A server based internet payment method and system thereof are provided to reduce the outflow of personal information by extracting payment storage information from a purchase company without transmitting the payment storage information through a communication line.;CONSTITUTION: Purchase information of a seller server(120) symbolizes information for a product statement which is related to purchase. A payment relay server(130) receives identification information. The identification information is a user identifier which is able to specify a user. The payment relay server compares the identification information stored in the payment relay server with the identification information.
