PURPOSE: A method for controlling noises from an indoor device is provided to rapidly eliminate dust and reduce noises generated from the device by operating with two-stepped operational modes according to the change of dust generated amounts.;CONSTITUTION: A position verifying process is implemented using a dust sensor for verifying whether a device is positioned at a pre-set position(S10). If the position of the device is at the pre-set position, the operational intensity of the device is controlled according to a pre-set operational cycle using a real time clock(S20). Unless the position of the device is at the pre-set position, the operational intensity of the device is controlled using information from an infrared ray sensor and a dust sensor.
