SOLVENT-FREE EPOXY TYPE ANTICORROSIVE PAINT COMPOSITION FOR SHIPS

PURPOSE: A solvent-free epoxy type anti-corrosive paint is provided to paint with the thickness of 300 micron or more by one time painting, to have excellent appearance of thin-dry paint under 200 micron, and to have excellent coating properties like corrosion resistance, vibration resistance, seawater resistance, etc. CONSTITUTION: A solvent-free epoxy type anti-corrosive paint comprises 30-50 parts by weight of epoxy resin having at least two epoxy groups, of which equivalent is 200-200 g/eq, 5-20 parts by weight of a reactive diluent having monoepoxide, 4-10 parts by weight of kaolin, 16-40 parts by weight of muscovite mica, 0.5-5 parts by weight of a clay type precipitation inhibitor. The epoxy resin is a bisphenol A-type epoxy resin comprising a structure in structural formula 1. In structural formula 1, n has average value of 0.1, and the viscosity at 25C is 1,000-1,800 cps.
