PURPOSE: A structure for fruits and vegetables capable of easily transporting, and a distribution method of the fruits and vegetables using thereof are provided to offer roots and stems of the fruits and vegetables to users. CONSTITUTION: A structure for fruits and vegetables capable of easily transporting comprises the following: a growing box(10) having a cylindrical or cube shape, an opening on the upper side, and a growing space(11) for burying the roots and the partial stems of the fruits and vegetables(20) for growing; a bottom plate(12) having a structure curved to the upper direction, located on the lower side of the growing box; a ventilation groove(13) formed on one side of the bottom plate for circulating air and water toward the inner direction of the growing box; and a step unit(14) formed on one side of the growing box for installing a cover(30).
