PURPOSE: A direct-perforated steel pipe multi-stage grouting device for inserting 12m steel pipes with a top hammer and a method for grouting using the same are provided to install steel pipes in relatively hard soil layer and various heights and minimize working time and man-hour for installing the steel pipes.;CONSTITUTION: A direct-perforated steel pipe multi-stage grouting device for inserting 12m steel pipes with a top hammer(100) comprises a vehicle, a boom unit(120), and a perforation unit(130). The boom unit is installed in the vehicle and controls working position of the perforation unit. The boom unit comprises a draw-out unit(121) and a swing table(125). The draw-out unit is installed to be adjusted length. The swing table is rotatably installed in the end of the draw-out unit. The perforation unit comprises a base(131), a movement support(141), a head(161), an extension rod, and a perforation(171). The base is installed in the swing table of the boom unit and the movement support is installed to be moved forth and back along the base.
