摘要

PURPOSE: A FRP grating and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve fatigue resistance, physical and chemical stability, and durability and facilitate cheap installation.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a FRP grating is as follows. Liquid wax releasing agent(W) is spread on a cavity(2) recessed in a grating mold(1) and the inner surfaces of side walls(3). Glass fibers are repetitively laminated by unsaturated synthetic resin binder(E) to make thicker. When the thickness of the glass fiber is reached to target thickness, mechanical vibration is applied to the mold for de-airing. The mold is dried in a drying furnace at 80-100°C temperatures to form hardened FRP grating. Anti-slip material is spread on the FRP grating.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
