PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of fine particle having superhydrophobic surface structure and a method for coating thereof on a substrate are provided to surface treat without limitation. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of fine particle having superhydrophobic surface structure has following characters: the manufacturing method uses a superhydrophobic fine particle; a size of the superhydrophobic fine particle is 5 micro meters to 1 micro meters; the superhydrophobic fine particle has a porosity structure; the superhydrophobic fine particle having porous structure is surface-treated with hydrophobic chemical substance on a surface; and the surface of the superhydrophobic fine particle is formed into a hydrophobic nano structure.
