PURPOSE: A computing capacity control method and an apparatus thereof are provided to obtain computing resource by building cooperated cloud computing environment.;CONSTITUTION: A request processing unit(101) receives a computer resource reserving or withdrawing request signal from a first computer. A decision making unit(110) decides suitability of the computing resource reserving or withdrawing request signal. If so, a computing resource virtualization manager(102) allocates the computing resource to the first computer.
