PURPOSE: A level converting circuit, a display device, and an electronic apparatus are provided to prevent current consumption from increasing and a current consumption characteristic from decreasing by preventing circuit configuration from being complicated.;CONSTITUTION: A bias unit(12) includes a fifth NMOS transistor(NT15), a dropping unit(16) including a resistance device(R11), and a current source(I11) connected to a voltage source(15). A source in the fifth NMOS transistor is connected to a first voltage source(14). A drain in the fifth NMOS transistor is connected to one end of the resistance unit. The other end of the resistance unit is connected to the current source. A gate in the fifth NMOS transistor is connected to the other end of the resistance device. The gate in the fifth NMOS transistor supplies a bias voltage, which is lower than a threshold voltage and higher than a first voltage, to gates of first and second NMOS transistors(NT11, NT12) in a level converting unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
