PURPOSE: A reservation service system for providing real time location information to a member store terminal and a method thereof are provided to make a meeting management device to select, recommend, or directly determine a member store, thereby reserving the selected member store. CONSTITUTION: A location tracking server(160) offers location information by identifying the location of participant terminals. A meeting management device(130) makes a reservation in a member store which is matched to the reservation information of a meeting. When a request to track the location of a representative terminal from a member store terminal(140), the meeting management device transmits a consent message for tracking the location to the representative terminal. The meeting management device transfers the telephone number of the representative terminal to the location tracking server.
