PURPOSE: An anti-freezing apparatus for a door of a railway vehicle is provided to prevent freezing moisture flowed in a lower rail body by installing a heating element in the lower rail body.;CONSTITUTION: An anti-freezing apparatus for a door of a railway vehicle comprises a heating element(100) and a protective cover(200). The heating element is installed in the top of a lower rail body(30) and discharges heat as power is applied in order to prevent freezing. The heating element comprises a heating wire(110) and a fixing member(120). The heating wire is repeatedly bent to be corresponded to the length of the lower rail body and arranged in parallel. The fixing member fixes the heating wire. The fixing member covers the outer circumference of the heating wire to be integrated with the heating wire and has a rectangular plate shape corresponding to the top of the lower rail body. The protective cover fixes and protects the heating element and is installed in the top of the lower rail body through predetermined fixing unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
