PURPOSE: A terminal disposal plant of sewage is provided to facilitate a cleaning process by collecting scum discharged from a settling basin to a pre-treating facility and suppressing the generation of moss on a water draining path.;CONSTITUTION: A terminal disposal plant of sewage includes a lining(210) and a discharging part. The lining covers the upper side of a water draining path(11). Overflown water is guided to another side of the water draining path by varying the installed height of the lining. An outlet is in connection with one side of the lining and discharges the overflown water. The flux of the overflown water increases from one side to another side of the lining. V-shaped plates are further installed along the upper sidewall of a settling basin(1).
