PURPOSE: A platinum-gold/carbon nano composite catalyst and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase catalytic activity by substituting a part of platinum(Pt) with Au(gold) nano particle. CONSTITUTION: A Pt-Au/C nano composite catalyst is composed of composite catalyst in which Pt(platinum) and Au(gold) nano particles are dipped in carbon loading body with weight ratio of 3:1-5:3. A manufacturing method of Pt-Au/C nano complex catalyst comprises falling stages: a first step(S100) of manufacturing Au(gold) nano particles; a second step(S200) of dipping the Au nano particles in carbon loading body and manufacturing the Au/C powder; and a third step of manufacturing Pt-Au/C composite catalyst by reducing and precipitating the Pt particle catalyst on the Au/C powder after suspending in H_6PtCl 6H 2O aqueous solution(S300).
