摘要

PURPOSE: A curcumin derivative is provided to have remarkably improved water solubility and stability in environment outside cells comparison to existing curcumin, while having cytotoxin eual to curcumin, and to be able to improve bio-availability.;CONSTITUTION: A diketo or keto-enol formed compound is in chemical formula 4. A manufacturing method of the compound in chemical formula 4 comprises: a step of obtaining 3-acetoxyacetylacetone by dissolving 3-chloroacetoacetone into dimethylsulfoxide, and adding sodium acetate; and a step of dissolving boric oxide into dimethylsulfoxide, adding and mixing tributyl borate and the 3-acetoxyacetylacetone, and adding and mixing 3,4-dihydroxy-5-methoxybenzaldehyde, and adding 1,2,3,4- tetrahydroquionoline and acetic acid diluted to dimethylformamide.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
