DEGENERATIVE NEUROLOGICAL BRAIN DISEASE MODEL MICE BY VPS26B GENE DELETION AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A mouse model for anaplasia nervous system brain disorder caused by knock-out of VPS26B(vacuolar protein sorting 26B) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to provide screening method of treatment material candidates of anaplasia nervous system brain disorder. CONSTITUTION: A mouse model for anaplasia nervous system brain disorder caused by knock-out of VPS26B(vacuolar protein sorting 26B) is a homozygous(homozygote,Vps26b-/-) mouse which the VPS26B (vacuolar protein sorting 26b) gene is lost and caused anaplasia nervous system brain disorder. The anaplasia nervous system brain disorder is characterized to have one disorder which is selected from a group consisting of an amnesia, a formerly lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), and a retention defect.
