SPRAY TYPE DAMPING COMPOSITION AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DAMPING MATERIAL AND METHOD OF FOAMING DAMPING MATERIAL USING THAT DAMPING COMPOSITION FOR AUTOMOBILES

PURPOSE: A spray type damping composition for vehicles is provided to have excellent damping effect at high temperature and low temperature, to obtain reducing weight effect, and to automatize process by an automatic spray robot. CONSTITUTION: A spray type damping composition comprises 25-35 weight% of a water-dispersible resin, 5-10 weight% of a urethane-modified alkyd resin, 2-3 weight% of a hardener, 20-40 weight% of heating-expanding hollow filler, 10-20 weight% of inorganic micro filler, 1-2 weight% of antifreezing agent. A manufacturing method of the spray type damping composition comprises: a step of uniformly mixing the water-dispersible resin, the urethane-modified alkyd resin, the hardener, the heating-expanding hollow filler, the inorganic micro filler, and the antifreezing agent; a step of measuring the mixture at room temperature for 24 hours or longer.
