PURPOSE: Phosphorescent material is provided to increases luminous efficiency of organic electroluminescent device because of having high triplet energy higher than 2.8 eV, thereby preventing the degradation of energy efficiency of an organic electroluminescence device.;CONSTITUTION: Phosphorescent material is in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, X1, X2, X3, Y1, Y2, Y3, Z1, Z2 and Z3 is respectively selected from carbon or nitrogen, at least one of them is nitrogen, R1, R2 and R3 is respectively selected from hydrogen, fluorine, chlorine, an aliphatic compound, an aromatic compound, an alkyl silyl compound, an aryl silyl compound, an alkoxy compound, an aryloxy compound, an alalkyl phosphoryl group, an alkyl sulfurly group, an aryl sulfurly group, an alkyl amino group, and an aryl amino group.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
