PURPOSE: A cooling device using the ionic wind for a hybrid vehicle improves the cooling performance of an engine radiator and a condenser by generating the ionic wind except for the cooling airflow from outside.;CONSTITUTION: A cooling device using the ionic wind for a hybrid vehicle comprises a ionic wind generating unit(20). The ionic wind generating unit is installed in the whole or part of reiteration section of a condenser and a full length radiator. The ionic wind generating unit comprises a supporting frame(22), and an electrode(24) for ionic generation. The supporting frame is installed in the reiteration section of the condenser and the full length radiator.
