PURPOSE: A start switch device for vehicles is provided for users to recognize a present operation state of a button unit because each operation state of a lighting lamp is changed according to an operation state of the button unit.;CONSTITUTION: A start switch device for vehicles comprises a case(200), PCB(600) and a button unit(300). The case is installed inside a protective housing(100). The PCB is placed inside the case. A first and second lamp is connected to one side of the PCB. The button unit protruded upward from the case is operated with a push button type by a user The button unit has a button knob(310) and a button indicator(320). The light of the first lamp is emitted through the button knob. The light of the second lamp is emitted through the button indicator.
