PURPOSE: An energy saving system for exterior air conditioning of a clean room is provided to reduce the exhaust of carbon dioxide and a cooling or heating load by using geothermal energy. CONSTITUTION: An energy saving system for exterior air conditioning of a clean room comprises an exterior air conditioning device and an air cooling/heating device. The exterior air conditioning device filters exterior air and delivers cooled or heated exterior air to a clean room. The air cooling/heating device, which cools or heats the clean room, comprises a geothermal heat pump and a geothermal heat exchanger implementing heat exchange with the heat pump.
