PURPOSE: A sharing relay apparatus and mobile communication system are provided to secure the communication quality of a portable terminal by minimizing problems generated by interference between cells.;CONSTITUTION: An amplification unit(130) outputs signal received by one or more base station communication unit(110) to a terminal communication unit(120) by amplifying the signal. The amplification unit outputs the signal received by the terminal communication unit to the base station communication unit by amplifying the signal. When the signal is received from a mobile communication terminal, a control unit(140) transmits the received signal to one of the base stations.
