PURPOSE: Glasses for watching a 3D image and a method for watching the 3D image using the same are provided to enable a user to watch two kinds of 3d image display devices through one glasses. CONSTITUTION: Left and right lenses(110) comprise a quarter wave plate(112) and a liquid crystal shutter panel. The quarter wave plate is formed in the front of a substrate(111). A liquid crystal shutter panel is formed in the rear of the substrate. The left and right lenses are fitted to left and right frames(121). Temples(122) are connected to the left and right frames.
