摘要

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a dispersed solution of single-layered graphene oxide reduced materials based on shear stress and the dispersed solution manufactured by the same are provided to improve transparency and electric conductivity. CONSTITUTION: Oxide graphite flakes in the form of powder are synthesized based on graphite flakes in the form of powder. The oxide graphite flakes are dispersed in a solvent to obtain an oxide graphite dispersed solution. Physical shear stress is applied to the oxide graphite dispersed solution to form singled-layered oxide graphene in the dispersed solution based on the lamination of the oxide graphite in order to obtain the dispersed solution of the singled-layered oxide graphene. The dispersed solution of the single-layered oxide graphene is reduced based on a wet process to form single-layered oxide graphene reduced materials to obtain the dispersed solution of the single-layered oxide graphene reduced materials.
