MONORAIL TYPE MULTI-STAGED SLUDGE COLLECTOR CAPABLE OF MAXIMIZING THE COLLECTING CAPABILITY OF SLUDGE BY PREVENTING SCRAPPERS FROM BEING SWEPT

PURPOSE: A monorail type multi-staged sludge collector is provided to efficiently collect sludge from a settling basin to be eliminated by forming a multi-staged truck which is guided along monorails on a wall.;CONSTITUTION: Monorails(10) are formed on both walls of a settling basin(200). A plurality of transferring roller parts(20) is mounted at the monorails and is guided along the monorails using a plurality of driving rollers. A truck(30) is in connection with the transferring roller parts and is in connection with a wire or a chain connecting wire(400) according to the operation of a driving motor(300). A connector is formed at the lower side of the truck. A scrapper(60) is in connection with the connector, and the angle of the scrapper is capable of being adjusted using an angle adjusting link part.
