PURPOSE: Metal foil laminate, a method for manufacturing the same, and a heat radiating substrate are provided to improve the thermo-conductive characteristic and the mechanical characteristic of metal foil by impregnating carbon fiber into prepreg.;CONSTITUTION: Metal foil laminate(10) includes prepreg(20), an upper carbon nanoparticle layer(32), and upper metal foil(42). In the prepreg, carbon fiber(24) is arrayed to one direction of a resin member. The upper carbon nanoparticle layer is formed on the upper side of the prepreg. The upper metal foil is formed on the upper side of the carbon nanoparticle layer. A lower carbon nanoparticle layer is formed under the prepreg. Lower metal foil is further formed under the lower carbon nanoparticle layer. A plurality of metal layers is inserted into the prepreg. The resin member is a thermosetting resin. A heat radiating substrate is composed of the prepreg, carbon nanoparticle layers, a circuit layer, metal foil laminate, and electronic elements.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
