PURPOSE: A molecular marker for determining Arachis hypogaea L. of high oleic acid is provided to accurately determine the species of the Arachis hypogaea L.;CONSTITUTION: A molecular marker for determining Arachis hypogaea L. of high oleic acid contains a primer pair of sequence numbers 3 and 4 or a primer pair of sequence numbers 5 and 6. The Arachis hypogaea L. is F435. A method for determining Arachis hypogaea L. of high oleic acid comprises: a step of isolating DNA from a sample of Arachis hypogaea L.; a step of amplifying the DNA using the molecular marker as a primer; and a step of analyzing the amplified product by electrophoresis.
