PURPOSE: A heater for a steering wheel is provided to attach the whole surface of a planar heating element in a 3 dimension curved surface of a steering wheel without wrinkles.;CONSTITUTION: A heater for a steering wheel comprises a planar heating element(20) and a conducting wire(30). A carbon paste layer(22) is formed on an insulating film(21) in which printed the conducting wire of determined pattern in the planar heating element. Current input connectors(40) are paratactically connected in the conducting wire. The planar heating element is formed into band shape and a cut-out portion(200) is formed in the edge portion of the planar heating element. The conducting wires are arranged from the edge of the planar heating element and the cut-out portion to the inner side of the heater.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
