PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for aligning a thrust axis of a projectile are provided to confirm an aligning state of a thrust axis of a projectile while the thrust axis with respect to one axis is aligned because the projectile is perpendicularly settled.;CONSTITUTION: A method for aligning a thrust axis of a projectile is as follows. A projectile(200) is set so that an axis(210) is erected. A first reference angle and a first align angle that the axis and a thrust axis(310) are aligned for the horizontal plane in a first rotational direction is calculated. The thrust axis is rotated as much as the angle difference between the first reference angle and first align angle to the first rotational direction, thereby being aligned. A second reference angle and a second align angle that the axis and a thrust axis(310) are aligned for the horizontal plane in a second rotational direction is calculated.
